Direct patients to self-refer. This can be done either via the Circle Integrated Care MSK website or using the form.
Patients can then self-refer either via the self-referral form on the website or the new PHIO digital self-referral form, which can be completed on smartphones or computers.
We also have online material such as videos and pain management guidance on our website, for both your information and patients’.
